How are payments processed?

At our CCGS/MLC and Claremont pool locations, payment is per-term, upfront.

At our Perpetual (year-round) sites, you enter your payment details into our secure booking system and manage them yourself. We never see your payment details. This is a level 1 PCI compliant payment portal.

Payments are taken every 2 weeks, on a Monday, for the fortnight (2 weeks/2 lessons) in advance.
