Do you offer make up lessons?

We sure do!

Illness and injury are a part of a child’s life, and we are pleased to offer make up lessons for children who miss lessons. Students who miss a lesson due to illness or holiday will be allocated a ‘make up token’ via the Kirby Swim/Iclass pro mobile application. A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required prior to the lesson commencement time.

The token will be applied to the student, for use only after the scheduled lesson has taken place. There are a maximum of 10 make up tokens applied annually to a student. Make up lessons cannot be rolled over or passed on to other students and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. The more notice you give us, the easier it is for our entire community to see make up lesson vacancies.

Tokens have a 30-day expiry. Make up lesson bookings are self-managed via the online portal/app and cannot be administered by reception staff. 

Whilst we gladly offer make up lessons to assist families in times of illness, please consider the impact of frequent make up lessons on a child’s ability to learn and progress in their skills. Consistent attendance in the same class and teacher give the best opportunity for learning and progression.
