Do we offer Hydrotherapy or Aqua Classes?
Yes! Some of our centres offer limited Hydrotherapy and or Aqua classes - please see below:
Karrinyup:
Aqua Aerobics is on Monday mornings from 7.45am to 8.15am with Michelle. The cost per class is $15 and the 10 Class Pass is $135.
Hydrotherapy is Mondays and Tuesdays from 12.45pm to 2.30pm, a doctor or physio letter is required in order to attend as these sessions are independent and not supervised.
Hydro is $12 per session and the 10 Class Pass is $108.
Mandurah:
Aqua Aerobics: Monday, Tuesday and Friday morning, 7.30am to 8.30am. $10 per class.
Hydrotherapy is Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 1pm to 1.45pm or 1.45pm to 2.30pm. A doctor or physio letter is required in order to attend as these sessions are independent and not supervised.
Hydro is $10 per session and the 10 Class Pass is $90, 25 Class Pass is $200.
Melville:
No Aqua Aerobics offered.
Hydrotherapy Tuesdays & Thursdays 12.45 – 2.45. $12 per session or $108 for a 10 Class Pass
A doctor or physio letter is required in order to attend as these sessions are independent and not supervised.
